Terms of Service

last updated · October 27, 2026

Glow (glow.moe) is a customizable profile and link‑in‑bio platform for gamers and anime fans. It lets you bring your links, identity, and connected gaming/anime accounts together on a single, shareable page. Depending on your settings, content you publish may be visible to the public, so only share things you have the right to share.

By accessing or using glow.moe (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by SplitFlux LLC ("Glow", "we", "us", "our").

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to the Service or otherwise communicated to you, and your continued use after that point means you accept them. If a change materially affects a paid feature you use, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you in advance through the Service or by email. Please review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required where you live) to use Glow. Each person may hold up to two accounts. You may ask us for more if you have a reason (for example a separate creator or character page); extra accounts we have not agreed to may be removed or merged. Creating accounts to evade limits or enforcement may result in action on all related accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share or sell access to your account. Notify us at support@glow.moe if you suspect unauthorized access.

When choosing a username, you may not pick one that is unlawful, deliberately misleading, infringing, hateful, or that impersonates Glow or another person or brand. We may reclaim, rename, or suspend usernames or accounts that break these rules or that are inactive and impersonate an official Glow property.

Acceptable Use

You may use Glow only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or attempt to break the security, rate limits, or access controls of the Service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
  • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools against the Service without our written permission.
  • Access another user's account or non‑public data without authorization.
  • Impersonate any person, brand, or Glow itself, or falsely suggest affiliation or endorsement.
  • Upload or distribute malware, exploits, or other harmful code.

Your Content and the License You Grant Us

"Your Content" means anything you create, upload, link, or display through Glow - your display name, bio, free‑text location, links, avatar, banner, background image/GIF/video, and similar materials.

You keep ownership of Your Content. You are solely responsible for it, and you represent that you own it or have the rights needed to post it and to grant the license below, and that it does not violate the law or anyone else's rights.

You grant Glow a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, resize, optimize, publish, and publicly display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service (for example, generating thumbnails or showing your profile to visitors). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that others have already re‑shared, or that we must retain briefly for legal, security, or backup purposes.

Featuring your page. Outside the Service itself, Glow shows your profile in its own videos, social media posts or ads only if you turn on "Feature me in Glow's posts" in Settings. You can turn it off at any time; we then stop using your page in anything new, but posts that are already published may stay up. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before turning it on.

Prohibited Content

To keep Glow safe and lawful, the following are strictly forbidden. These examples are illustrative, not exhaustive:

  • Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM), or any sexualization of minors. We have zero tolerance, scan for such material, remove it immediately, ban the account, and report it to the relevant authorities.
  • Non‑consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits, endangers, or harasses any person.
  • Hateful, racist, or extremist content, including hate symbols or the iconography of violent or banned organizations, or content that promotes terrorism, violence, or self‑harm.
  • Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Malware, phishing, scams, spam, or other deceptive or fraudulent material.
  • Anything else that is unlawful where you or your audience are located.

We may remove content, disable features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice, and may report unlawful activity to law enforcement.

Adult and Sensitive Content

Glow is a link‑in‑bio service, not an adult platform. You may link out to adult or 18+ platforms (for example OnlyFans, Fansly, Pixiv, or similar) from your profile only if:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you turn on the Sensitive content · 18+ setting, which places an age‑confirmation gate in front of your profile; and
  • the media you host on Glow itself — your avatar, banner, background, and any button or link text — stays non‑explicit and appropriate for all ages.

Glow never hosts, stores, streams, or sells sexual or pornographic media. Do not upload adult media to Glow or use it to distribute or sell such content; Glow only points visitors to the external services you choose to link. Profiles marked 18+ are hidden from Explore, the live directory, search, and our sitemap.

Turning on the 18+ setting does not permit anything under Prohibited Content, which always applies. If you place adult links or content without enabling the age gate, keep explicit media on your Glow profile, or otherwise break these rules, we may add the gate for you, remove the content or links, disable features, or suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice.

Reporting and Moderation

Anyone can report a profile or piece of content through the in‑product report tools or by emailing abuse@glow.moe. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or ban accounts at our discretion where we believe these Terms or the law have been broken. Decisions may be made with or without prior notice depending on severity.

Media and Image Hosting

Uploads (avatars, banners, backgrounds) are meant for personal profile use. Glow is not a general‑purpose CDN, file backend, or hosting service for apps, bots, or automated systems. Do not bulk‑upload, mass‑hotlink, or use the upload feature in a way that imposes disproportionate load. We may resize, optimize, throttle, or remove files that degrade performance or break these Terms, and we cap file types and sizes (including a limit on video uploads).

Connected Third‑Party Accounts

Glow lets you connect external accounts - including Steam, PlayStation Network, Xbox, Discord, MyAnimeList, AniList, Simkl, Letterboxd, RetroAchievements, Roblox, Minecraft, GitHub, Chess.com, Lichess, Speedrun.com, League of Legends, Valorant, Overwatch, TikTok - to display stats, achievements, lists, and presence on your profile.

When you connect a service, you authorize Glow to read the information that service makes available under your permission and privacy settings, and to display it on your profile. We read only what is needed for the features you enable, store access tokens encrypted on our servers, and never ask you for your personal password to those services. Your use of each connected service remains governed by that provider's own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, outages, or data. You can disconnect any service at any time, and you control which connected sections appear on your profile.

The optional glow L!VE apps (the desktop app and the browser extension) publish activity from your own device to your own profile. You choose to install and run them, you can stop them or revoke their pairing at any time, and you are responsible for the information your devices submit to your profile. The desktop app only reads what games and launchers expose on your own computer for this kind of use; it never changes game files, reads game memory, or touches game network traffic. Game publishers can change their rules or local interfaces at any time, which may stop a feature from working, and you are responsible for making sure your use of the apps is allowed under those publishers' terms. Glow is an independent service: it is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Valve, Sony, Riot Games, Discord, or any other provider named above.

glow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment, Valve, Discord, Riot Games, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, TikTok, Meta, or any other service you can connect. Overwatch and Battle.net are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.; all other names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the service you are connecting.

Third‑Party Links

Profiles may contain links to third‑party sites that we do not control or endorse. You use them at your own risk, and they are governed by those sites' own terms and policies. We may remove links we consider unlawful or in breach of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service itself - its software, design, branding, and the "Glow" name and marks (excluding Your Content) - is protected by copyright and other laws and belongs to Glow and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse‑engineer (except where the law allows), or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission. Community templates you create remain subject to these Terms and the rules of the template system.

Paid Features (Glow+)

Glow is free to use. Glow+ is an optional paid subscription that unlocks the extra cosmetics and tools listed on the pricing page. Prices depend on the country you are in and are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, in your local currency where we offer it (for example, in the US as of this update: $9 per month or $90 per year), taxes where applicable.

  • Billing and renewal. Glow+ renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc.; we never see your full card details.
  • Free trial. Where offered, a 7‑day free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends; we email you a few days before it does. A trial is available once per person, and may be unavailable in some countries. It needs a regular credit or debit card issued in a country where trials are offered: a trial started with a prepaid or virtual card, or a card from another country, is cancelled right away, before any charge.
  • Regional prices. Lower prices for some countries are meant for people who live there. If a regional price is used from somewhere it does not apply (for example through a VPN, or with a card issued in a full‑price country), we may review the subscription and ask you to switch to the regular price.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Glow+ pauses right away and comes back as soon as a payment goes through. Stripe retries the payment for a while; if none succeeds, the subscription ends.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your Glow+ perks stay on until the end of the period you already paid for; we do not charge again after that.
  • Gifts. You can buy Glow+ for another member as a gift: a one‑time payment for the number of months you pick, which never renews. The months are added to the recipient's account (after any Glow+ time they already have) once the payment goes through. Gifts are priced in US dollars at the same price wherever you are (12 months costs the same as a yearly plan), cannot be sent to a member who already has Glow+ through a subscription or permanently, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a gift is refunded or charged back, its months come off the recipient's account. The note you add is shown to the recipient; if you send it anonymously, your name is not.
  • Refunds. Payments are non‑refundable except where the law requires it. That said, if something went wrong with your purchase, email support@glow.moe and we will look at it case by case; any refund beyond what the law requires is at our discretion.
  • Promotional access. Glow+ granted for free (founders, referral rewards, promotions) is a courtesy, carries no payment obligation, and may end when the promotion ends.
  • Partner bonuses. Extras that partner services give Glow+ members, such as a rank on the SplitCraft Minecraft server, are bonuses run by that service. They are not part of what the Glow+ subscription includes, and they may change, pause, or end at any time without notice or refund.
  • Changes. We may change prices or what Glow+ includes; price changes apply from your next renewal and we will tell you in advance.

If we introduce other paid features, the prices, billing terms, and renewal conditions will be shown at checkout, payments will be handled by a third‑party payment processor Stripe, Inc., and we will not store full payment card details. Subscriptions, if offered, will renew automatically unless canceled, and cancellation stops future renewals but does not by itself trigger a refund unless required by law. We will update these Terms with full billing details before any paid feature launches.

Features and Plans

The features Glow offers, and which of them are free or part of a paid plan, can change over time. We may add, update, limit, rename, combine, or remove features, move a feature between the free and paid tiers, change usage limits or quotas, or stop offering part of the Service. We try to keep the core free experience generous, but we cannot promise that any specific feature will stay free, stay paid, or stay available forever. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature you are actively using, we will make a reasonable effort to let you know in advance through the Service or by email.

Sensitive Information and Assumption of Risk

Glow is a public profile service. Content you publish is designed to be seen by others, and even non‑public account data travels over the internet and is stored on shared infrastructure. Treat everything you place on Glow as potentially public.

Do not submit, upload, or store on Glow any sensitive personal information - including government identification numbers, financial or payment‑card numbers, health information, precise geolocation, passwords or secrets for other services, or any "special category" data (such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or sexual orientation) - other than the limited connected‑account data described in these Terms that you expressly choose to display. Glow does not need this information and asks you not to provide it. You are responsible for the information you choose to place on the Service, and you accept the inherent risks of transmitting and publishing information online.

Security Incidents

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Service and the data we hold, as described in our Privacy Policy. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee that the Service or your data will be free from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

If a security incident affecting personal data occurs, we will investigate and, where and to the extent applicable law requires, notify affected users and/or the relevant authorities within the timeframes and in the manner the law sets. Our obligations in a security incident are those imposed by applicable law and no greater. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of data that results from events beyond our reasonable control, from vulnerabilities in third‑party software, services, or providers, or from your own acts or omissions - including the loss, sharing, reuse, or compromise of your login credentials. The disclaimers and limitations in these Terms apply to any claim arising out of a security incident or data breach to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOW AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED (100) US DOLLARS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, IN WHICH CASE THEY APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glow, its owners, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use or misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of anyone's rights.

Termination

You may stop using Glow at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or content for violations, misuse, fraud, non‑payment, legal compliance, or operational reasons. Sections that should survive termination by their nature - including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity - remain in effect.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations, or for any loss or damage, caused by events beyond our reasonable control - including cyberattacks, denial‑of‑service attacks, unauthorized third‑party intrusion, failures or outages of hosting, network, security, or other providers, acts or orders of government, natural disasters, or other force‑majeure events.

Governing Law and Compliance

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. We aim to comply with applicable obligations in the jurisdictions where we operate. Law enforcement and rights‑holder requests should be sent in writing to legal@glow.moe.
