We updated our Terms and Privacy Policy

We updated the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy on November 4, 2026. If you keep using Glow, the new versions apply.

Most of it just writes down how Glow already works. A few things are worth knowing:

• Deleting your account ends your Glow+ or Lite subscription right away, and so does a ban. Paid time you have left isn't refunded.
• Deleting your account now takes your uploaded files with it, unless a report on the account is still open.
• The Privacy Policy names the services we use, like Hetzner, Cloudflare, AWS and Stripe.
• Disputes go to the courts in Clark County, Nevada. If your local law lets you sue at home, you keep that right.
