ways to sign in ✧
sign in with your email or username and password, or one tap with Discord, Steam or MyAnimeList ✧
Steam and MyAnimeList sign you into an account you already have. connect Steam or MyAnimeList first in Links & Connections, then the Login with Steam and Login with MyAnimeList buttons work. they don't make new accounts.
"no glow account has that connected" means that Steam or MyAnimeList isn't linked to any page yet. sign in another way, connect it, and next time the button works.
new device code. when you sign in with a password on a browser we don't know, we email you a 6-digit code. it lasts 10 minutes and you get 5 tries. tick trust this browser for 30 days to skip it next time.
no code showed up? check spam, then hit resend code (once a minute). a new code doesn't reset the 10 minutes, so if it runs out, just sign in again.
trusted devices live in Settings → security. remove any you don't recognize and they'll need a code again.
new device alert. when your account signs in somewhere new, you get an email and a notification with the browser, the place and the time. if it wasn't you, change your password.
tip: signed up with Discord? you can add a password in Settings → security and sign in with your email too.
glow L!VE app: connecting the desktop app doesn't use a code. it opens a glow.moe/link page, you check it's yours and tap authorize this device. the link works for about 10 minutes.
